Meet Our Team
Our Founders' Story
Lucy Sorrentini, originally from The Bronx, and Matthew Herfield, originally from Long Island, grew up in two completely different neighborhoods but shared the same values: faith, family, and a belief in the power of community.
With decades of business and leadership experience, they witnessed how potential is often overlooked, not because of a lack of drive, but a lack of access and support.
Empower Prosperity is their response: a community-rooted movement to create opportunity, break down barriers, and help people build the futures they deserve, together.
