To qualify, participants must:​

• Be 21 years or older

• Be a U.S. citizen or legal resident

• Live in the Sarasota or Tampa Bay Region

• Be part of a household that is asset-limited and income-constrained

• Be employed, self-employed, actively pursuing a job, or starting a new business

• Agree to a background check 

• Actively participate and engage in all coaching, training, and mentoring activities as part of this one-year program

The Empower Prosperity program offers individual coaching, helpful resources, and community support through a small-group cohort experience. Our goal is to support you as you define and work toward your own career, family, and life goals. 

 

Success in this program depends on your commitment to following through on all learning activities, self-reflection assignments, coaching sessions, and action steps. For the greatest impact, participants must actively participate in all aspects of the program and take advantage of the resources and opportunities provided.
